Strength and Conditioning

April Strength and Conditioning sign-ups are ready!

We're continuing with Monday and Friday strength and conditioning sessions.

If any of our older athletes can only attend one session per week, please reach out to Ryan at ryan@risevbcolorado.com. These sessions are still not mandatory, but let's finish strong!


Ages

  • Our 13s-18s will have access to the program.


  • 13s-15s will have one session per week.


  • 16s-18s will have two sessions per week.


Monthly Subscription

  • Athletes can register for the program on a monthly basis. The cost is $10 per session.


  • Because each team has different travel schedules, the amount will differ by team and month.


Workout Equipment Use

  • All Rise athletes are welcome to use the workout area when the gym is open.


  • The only exclusions will be during the designated strength and conditioning times.


  • Club policy is that no athletes can use weights without a partner or parent supervision. Individual use of cardio equipment is allowed.

When

Mondays: 

7:00pm-8:00pm | 16P, 16Y, 17O, 17P, 17Y, 18P

Fridays: 

5:30pm-6:30pm | 16P, 16Y, 17O, 17P, 17Y, 18P

6:30pm-7:30pm | 13P, 13Y, 14Y

7:30pm-8:30pm | 14P, 15P, 15Y
