Strength and Conditioning
We are so excited to begin our strength and conditioning program at Rise!
Caleb Malone will be leading the workouts. He brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for increasing performance and reducing injury.
While we certainly recommend attending these sessions, this opportunity is completely optional. After registering, the sessions will appear in your Crossbar calendar!
This program will be begin the week of January 6th.
Ages
- Our 13s-18s will have access to the program.
- 13s and 14s will have one session per week.
- 15s-18s will have two sessions per week.
Monthly Subscription
- Athletes can register for the program on a monthly basis. The cost is $10 per session.
- Because each team has different travel schedules the amount will differ by team and month.
Workout Equipment Use
- All Rise athletes are welcome to use the workout area when the gym is open.
- The only exclusions will be during the designated strength and conditioning times.
- Club policy is that no athletes can use weights without a partner or parent supervision. Individual use of cardio equipment is allowed.

7:00pm-8:00pm | 17P, 17Y, 18P
8:00pm-9:00pm | 16P, 16Y, 17O
Thursdays:
6:00pm-7:00pm | 16P, 16Y, 17O
7:00pm-8:00pm | 17P, 17Y, 18P
Fridays:
6:30pm-7:30pm | 13P, 13Y, 14Y
7:30pm-8:30pm | 14P, 15P, 15Y
Saturdays:
10:00am-11:00am | 15P (only 1/18), 15Y (only 1/11 and 1/18)
